If they do not, then we would be happy to take your enquiry through our Tech. Support E-mail System. With this system, you will typically receive a response to your question within one business day.

Technical support enquires can be e-mailed to us, however, you will get a much faster response to your enquiry if you use the Tech Support Email System mentioned above.

We are not able to handle technical support enquiries from our subscribers over the phone. However, you may enter your telephone number in the Tech Support Email System form, and someone may call you if we feel this will expedite or more easily communicate a solution to your problem.
